Hi,
Another week, another problem(s). I was listening to SiriusXM while stuck in traffic and then all of a sudden the sound cut. I thought it was just a signal quality issue with SiriusXM so I switched to the radio and there were no sounds. I had to change lane at one point and there were no sounds for the turn signals either. I clicked on the Bose icon and the menu loaded but it was empty (just a blue background with no Bose configuration options). I powered off the car, exited it to plug it in then came back in, powered it up but no luck. I also reset the PCM (20-ish second volume dial press) but it did not fix the radio. Anything else that I can check? Maybe the fuse? I was listening at low volumes so it's not like I was pushing it.
Another issue is that I had the surround view loaded for a bit while in traffic. It quit the surround view, and then the surround view button in the parking menu was greyed out.
Any ideas on how to get the Bose working? It looks like communication with it is not working since the Bose menu was empty as well. I guess a little over 2 weeks is a record without an issue with this car? (Sorry, just really frustrated at the lack of quality on a car this expensive despite Porsche being recognized for reliability. I'll get over it).
EDIT: Apologies I should have searched the forum for info:

I will try this at noon and let you know the result.
