Favorite song or artist notifications on Sirius/xm

In my two previous vehicles (not Porsche) I was able to set notifications when songs or artists came one different stations. I don’t see a way to do that in the Macan, but didn’t know for sure. Any ideas?

Not possible with PCM 6 in the Taycan or PCM 7 in the Macan EV.

This still works in the current ICE Macan with PCM 5 and worked on the first ICE Macan released in 2015 with PCM 3.0/3.1. Also, you can just swipe the XM live feed bar to go to any point back, but not possible on the PCM 6 or 7. Say, if you are in an hour-long program, you cannot rewind 5 min back on PCM 6 or 7, but you can in PCM 5.

I do not know why and surprised to find that these features are not there.
