Had the same issue when trying to add a second user. Deleted the secondary user via the app and the problem was resolved. Stay away from adding users...

I just had the same issue. Car is 5 months old and has had multiple accounts on it since new, with no issues until now.

I disconnected the 12V battery for 3 minutes then reconnected and it all seems to be working fine again now. Seems that its the Porsche equivalent of CTL+ALT+DELETE ...

How did you disconnect the battery?i popped open the frunk and see the positive and negative terminal but couldn't figure out how to disconnect

Ok, problem is now fixed. As the post above indicated, it was related to the multi-user login. Until they resolve this, I would avoid trying to register multiple users.

Hi, I am stuck on the same loop when adding my wife as secondary user. How did it fix for you?

Delete the user is the app. Only add users via the car gui.
