I just had the same issue. Car is 5 months old and has had multiple accounts on it since new, with no issues until now.
I disconnected the 12V battery for 3 minutes then reconnected and it all seems to be working fine again now. Seems that its the Porsche equivalent of CTL+ALT+DELETE ...

I just lost my account settings yesterday. Guest only, all defaults, and trying to get to the account list failed after a long, long wait.
I left it for a while, I tried a soft reset of the PCM, I reset to factory settings in the PCM (which failed!)
Left it overnight, still not working, so disconnected the 12v. Some notes:
1. that nut is on tight - use a long spanner to get leverage! (My emergency spanner for this purpose has now been replaced with a longer one)
2. Keep insulated gloves in the frunk to avoid the sparks and shocks
2a do not drop the nut into the frunk
3. The alarm WILL go off, and it is VERY LOUD - next time, use ear defenders. Even with the alarm going, the car is disconnected
Success! My account is now useable again, but my factory reset from earlier did require some setup of security and phones.
Edit: This started right after a charge at home that terminated when my Chargepoint cut off due to the schedule (I'm charging off solar during the peak day time at this time of year).

Baffles the mind that the software on a vehicle this expensive can’t handle two user accounts. I have had this type of hiccup but not to the same degree. We have two users. Just came off of my free year of charging and the second user often had difficulty initiating charging from the free account.
