Just to share that I am perfectly happy with the exterior and interior colour combi, looks better than I hope for, at most angles it actually look quite chunky, not kiddy at all, so that’s a big bonus. My opinion :

- off-road package , love the trims
- 20” wheels looks ok too. Saved some money here.
- HUD , still getting used to, but interesting AR
- blue Porsche tail logo (and the subtle diffused blue strip) doesnt conflict with the green.
- the chalk interior freshens up the otherwise dark exterior.
- the aventurine exhibits a greenish greyish tone esp sexy under low lights, should also go well with silver window trims for a classier look.

Greetings from across the causeway!
Great colour indeed! :) Just pick up mine on Wednesday.

Can ask if Speed Limit info is shown in Singapore (as it’s not in Malaysia)?

We have electronic on board unit for road pricing , car park fees etc. also showing speed limits, school zones and even police cameras . Bulky and annoying.

Have to respond to this thread, coming from the same country.
Congrats receiving the car.
I'm currently waiting for mine. Currently in production(Feb2025). Not sure when it will arrive. Looking at your photo, It should be the 21in wheel. I have the 20in option, not sure if will look too small.. lol

The speed limit info I understand that it would need the Innodrive option, which sadly is not available in the Asia Pacific region.

Hi @Mavshyn, thanks for replying with the info. Yes, just a pity we don’t get the Innodrive option as the vehicle probably has all the hardware it needs for it to function (Blindspot assist, ACC, cameras, etc).

At least your vehicle is already in Production - which is a huge step! Mine took almost 7 months from initial order to actual delivery. Keeping myself occupied on this forum and watching probably almost every YouTube video about the Macan EV were my favourite pastimes whilst waiting for the vehicle. 😂

You have sharp eyes - yes, I optioned the 21” for the vehicle - would have loved the 22” Spyders but thought it a bit ‘extreme’ (read: harsh) for Malaysian roads so 21”s is where I landed. 20” wheels should be fine though (better for range/nvh) and easier on the wallet come replacement time (although no one ever buys Porsches for ‘frugality’ - especially in SG).

One thing that I did learn (relatively recently) was that the 21” & 22” wheels come with a slightly wider wheel arch trim/extension so may not look as ‘small’ as you think on 20”s (with the different trim). Worst case, you can always change the arch trim from a reseller (with the option to get gloss black as well!) and wheels later!

Good luck with the wait - It’ll pass faster than you think (only in retrospect though😂) 🎆

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm from Penang, but somehow the country flag shows SG although I put it as Malaysia.. haha

I too have joined and watch tons of content while waiting for delivery. Fingers crossed the 20" will look fine, as I did chose the 20" for more comfort and slight efficiency gain.

Hope for a trouble free car when receiving it.

Oh, you’re from Penang!😍 Had seen the SG flag and assumed you were from Singapore 😂

Honestly, the 20”s should be fine - it if I had more ‘sense’, I would have probably gone for those - but since I specc’d the rest of the vehicle to my preferences, I gave myself a bit of an ‘allowance’ to go for the 21”s 😅

Honestly, you read these forums and see the ‘worst’ of what can happen in terms of errors/faults/problems/etc. - whilst always best to be aware, I would hopefully say that the majority of vehicles are delivered and stay (major) issue-free. *touch wood* - my dealer experience thus far has also been top-notch; I only wish that the warranty was more than 2yrs (seems super stingy imo).

Porsche warranty for the car used to be 2 years in UK (only manufacturer to do so) but now 3 years (8 year battery) since 2015.

They should have more faith in their product and go all Kia and offer 7 years!

Only 2 year warranty. That’s really unfortunate. In Canada Porsche’s warranty is for 4 years, which is more reasonable.

Yes, 20” definitely look good on this size Macan, and don't look small at all.

Did you purchase any extended warranty? I'm looking to purchase extended 3 years so to get at least 5 years of warranty in total. 1 year extra was quoted to be around RM13K if not mistaken.

I have a Macan 4 with the 20” wheels and they look and ride just fine. Wanted the efficiency and ride quality of the 20”s and spent most of my options on the inside
