Lease Pricing Seems to be WAY Off

Looking at various options and these seem super high. The fact that the one pay is higher than a normal 24-month lease is mind-boggling. Would love some insight from those a whole lot smarter than I.

One pay lease for 24 months is $74,771. $97,910 for 39 months.

And what are the PERMA PLATE ($1,295) and PSMP Plus One ($1,400) options?

My one pay lease for 24 months was significantly lower than that.
What's the Money Factor they are using?

Going super deep for sure. Some things to note. My car is about $10k more and I am doing a 15k lease versus 7,500 but still should not be that different.

The $1400 PSMP is the service plan that covers the required two year service. Pay now, pay later.

It is electric - there is no service and I am doing a 24-month lease. They said they will remove it.

A XX point inspection and brake fluid flush are required.. The ICE Macans service is $1600 I think, because they also change the oils.

Porsche service is notoriously expensive. Dunno the impact on warranty if you skip it, but there is another thread discussing it.

Using Porsche's own calculator for a similarly priced Turbo with a lower down payment to account for your Permaplate and PSP charges yields a payment that is $16k less than what they offered you over 39 months unless your FICO score falls below 700.

Yup - something is fishy. When I got the SM on the phone he said he "mistyped" and would have to rerun the numbers. Came back at $64,025 for a one pay. Still not right. This is the ONE thing I liked about Tesla.

that's about 20K more than what i got for a 24M prepay. Given they added the 7500 EV rebate.
but i must also say that i only have it set for 7500 Miles. Yours is set to 15K
and i added the Rim/Tire insurance.

it was way less to purchase than lease back in oct 2024
even with the 7500 credit on the lease and none on the purchase

I don’t plan on having the car more than 24 months and don’t want to risk the depreciation tanking in that time.
