Sorry to hear about the delay. I too chose that option instead of the puddle lights.

Guess I lucked out since my 4S was built a few weeks ago with the brushed aluminum illuminated sills.

After seeing all these posts and going super deep in picture land - changed our build from SGN/Chalk to Copper Red/Chalk.

I have the SGN on order and have no concerns about the colour. For no other reason than being interested, could i ask what changed your mind? It does seem quite a controversial colour really and it would be interesting to know how different people perceive it. I currently have an IG Taycan which most people i know see as White!

The thread showing real pictures in another section did it for me when they showed a very similar color on a VW. It just looked dull to me. We were going to do SGN and Chalk and changed to Copper red. Ultimately, I think I like the contrast of the dark/light better. SGN seems a little dull and muted in the pics I have seen.

Yes, I know where you are coming from. I did have some reservations when i saw the first pics, but my order was locked in anyway. Then i saw a 911 in the flesh. Different curves etc i know, but under UK skies it really was a slate colour.... so different to the VW iD cars so i felt better! I will add some gloss black somewhere... mirrors and side skirts which i should have specced really.... got the red interior too so that will distract from the external colour!! It will be here in a week or so....... time will tell

Here are my pictures. I really like the color in person - it really changes based on the lights.

I also added one photo next to my crayon taycan if it helps anyone.

I have to say that the red interior is amazing, definitely the best part!

Well that looks fantastic and thanks for posting. An acquired taste this colour I think but certainly looking forward now to getting mine!
