I am waiting as well!Wonder when they are going to start selling the painted inserts for these keys!
Ordered one as well. Thank you.Hey everyone, I run Leather Brut, where we make handmade leather key fob covers designed to fit Porsche key fobs, including the Macan EV. We use Italian vegetable-tanned leather for durability and a premium feel. Since I saw some interest here, I wanted to share a 15% off discount (VAL15) for forum members. Any issues with pressing buttons? Ie location is in the right spot according to icons on leather? Having to push harder etcHigh quality leather that fits perfectly. An appropriate way of packaging the key for a premium car

positioning is perfect, maybe a 10% harder push on the buttons which I’m guessing will reduce as leather softens.Any issues with pressing buttons? Ie location is in the right spot according to icons on leather? Having to push harder etc
Looks great! Thanks
If you could make one that prohibits the frunk unluck button from working you would really have something there (and at least one customer). The number of times that I find the frunk open is getting scary. The charging cable I keep in there is not exactly very cheap...Hey everyone, I run Leather Brut, where we make handmade leather key fob covers designed to fit Porsche key fobs, including the Macan EV. I think I'd be a customer too if it could stop the frunk button working. Not sure this would be viable though. Maybe a 3d printed plastic cover for that button would work....but then the leather cover wouldn't fit. That would be great. Is that something I can specify at ordertime? Any pics?Hi there!
We offer a dome-shaped transparent epoxy button that slightly raises the key fob buttons. If you choose not to apply it, the button will stay recessed, so accidental presses shouldn’t be an issue. Hope that helps!
Let me know if you have any other questions.![]()
Sure! We include the epoxy button by default, so there’s nothing you need to do when ordering. Just avoid attaching it to the frunk button, and you’ll be good to go.That would be great. Is that something I can specify at ordertime? Any pics?
