New Macan 4 S ordered … and one question

Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum: I just ordered a Macan 4 S and the question I'd like to ask you is about the combination of the exterior color and the interior color because they are two light colors and I don't know if it will look very nice. So, for your information, I'm listing the main options ordered:

Exterior color: Dolomite gray
interior color : Black/Crayon
21-inch Macan Design Wheels
Sideblades painted in exterior colour
Exterior mirrors painted in exterior colour
Side window trims in Black (high-gloss)

Very nice indeed. I have the same but on Ice Grey.
Is it Extended Leather in Crayon? I would have gone for that, but was not available at that time.

I think the interior/exterior color combo looks good, although I might do gloss black side blades - I think the contrast of the blade adds some balance to the silhouette, especially on more neutral colors like dolomite silver. Also, fwiw, if you haven't locked yet, I think the rear axle steering is amazing. Others on here have been less enthusiastic, but I would 100% get it again.

I did a test drive with a Macan 4 S with rear-wheel steering, but to be completely honest, I wasn't convinced by this option. I'll try the configurator with the sideblades in black. Thanks for your opinion.

I almost got rear wheel steering, but then thought...what's that gonna cost out of warranty someday to repair

A base Toyota Camry or Honda Civic is your best bet then.

I think it works although every new car I have bought has gone with the normal ‘rule’ - dark exterior = light interior or light exterior = dark interior. I prefer a light interior (the panoramic roof also helps) so went with Volcanic Grey with chalk

I couldn’t make my mind up over the colour of the side blades on different exterior colours so went neutral with standard on the grey. In my case I prefer them ‘blending in‘ rather than as a contrast -each to their own choice and that’s why Porsche has so many options.

I would say that some of the exterior colours definitely need to be seen on an actual car so hopefully you’ll have seen Dolomite Grey ‘in the metal’

Nice color. Perhaps you should opt rear wheel stearing also.

Hello, thanks for your opinion, I saw the dolomite gray and the black/crayon interior in real life but not both together. The choice of dolomite gray was made because I found that the lines of the body were more visible with a light color and for the interior: it was just love at first sight for the black/crayon. That's how I arrived at this configuration. I think I'll keep the sideblades in body color because they are not available in gloss black.
