PCM screen grab rather than photo (iPhone/CarPlay)

I noticed across the forum, some posts have perfect PCM screen shots.

I have a MY26 and an iPhone with iOS 26.5, however a screen capture creates 3 files: phone, Apple CarPlay view in PCM, and a completely black (like the cluster) photo, but not the PCM itself.

I have enabled General>Screen Capture>CarPlay Screenshots.

I also noticed (in the example) that the icons are down the left side, but on my UK car they are down the right side.

How do people get good captures?

That's not an actual PCM screenshot. Notice that at the top there is a menu to select a Porsche model. What you're looking at is a screen from a PCM simulator at https://your-digital-co-pilot.com/en
