Phone Mount - what are people using?

I got this unit from Carmount (Clutch-X One) on Amazon. It is just a magnetic phone mount, and it works well. You mount it to a smooth surface using the dial to turn on the suction.

Exactly. Plus, it's not like the average driver doesn't have a passenger (e.g., spouse) with a cell phone too.

View app with detailed traffic information on: dangerous situations on highway (stalled cars, objects on road, etc), speed traps, and traffic light info (how long red/green remaining)

FWIW, android auto does all the detailed information right on the MMI and instrument panel.

The traffic light information was built into my previous car (Audi e-tron GT) but it only worked in central San Francisco, and it wasn't that helpful overall. If you're in one of the few places where this is available, AND you really need this information, good for you!

Video calls I can see, though. It's kinda amazing that car manufacturers are taking so long to add cameras for video calling to the built-in phone integration. Most "calls" these days are a Zoom or somesuch...
