My final configuration. Freezing date was July 5, expected delivery in October. The car resembles my current Taycan in everything. Color, full lime beige leather, but with pleasant extras such as a sliding/tilting roof and a better entry height.

I bought a Porsche Turbonite cup to see what Turbonite looks and feels like. I'm not quite sold on it for the side blades so I went with carbon fiber including the mirror caps. Freeze date is July 13 with delivery in October in the Houston area. I will miss my Tesla's FSD and one-pedal driving, but expecting the Macan EV to be more fun.

I will say, tough call on the Ice Grey vs Aventurine Green for me. Ice Grey does NOT show well on the configurator, nor on YouTube videos! You just have to see it in person. And when I did, no question about it! Its a great color.

I also had to see the Ice Grey in person before switching from my original selection of Oak Green. The only example the dealership had was a 2025 Panamera. The Ice Grey was stunning in the sunlight with a silvery/faint-blue sheen. They then wheeled it into the showroom under lower light and the Ice Grey morphed into a pleasing soft white.

My Impression was that turbonite exterieur only works with dark colurs…
e.g. Blue with turbonite did not catch me. This macan was a good example for a wild exterieur mix i did not like.

Thanks for the update, especially for a RHD Macan Turbo. I’m hoping to hear in the next week or so when I might expect a build date for my Macan Turbo here in NZ.

Batmobile has some red touches if I remember correctly. Red seat belts and clock perhaps

lol I’ve kept the red callipers to keep something different .

Only other spec change I have been reading about is the rear air bags. Seems it’s an extra but over and above standard rear airbags.

I highly recommend anyone spec’ing w Turbo to get the Burmester 3D system, it’s truly fantastic and far superior to the Bose. I’ve listened to it in my brother’s Taycan CT4. I have the Bose in my current 2018 Macan GTS and it doesn’t come close in terms of fidelity, depth and clarity!
