Power steering now heavy

Just back from a 4w vacation. Jump in and the steering at lower speeds now feels much heavier. Tire pressure is on point, but it feels like they're not. 30mph+ seems to feel normal.

Historically I thought I could steer the wheels while in park and neutral, but can no longer do that. Can anyone confirm if you can rotate the steering wheel in either of those modes?

Anything obvious come to mind?

no, not in park. the steering wheel is locked. I'm not sure about neutral though...

It should turn in neutral how else are you supposed to use those conveyor-style car washes / winch it on a flatbed / etc.
But have never tried it in park or neutral.

Roll Mode is for this.

Roll mode

Roll mode is used to make the vehicle rollable, e.g. for car washes or to push it.

Activating roll mode

• Readiness for operation established or vehicle ready for operation

1. Press the brake pedal.
2. Engage gear N.
3. Follow the operating instructions on the central display.
