Precondition & seat heaters

Is there a way to turn on seat/steering heater as a way to precondition the car? When I select precondition my only option is for temperature and seat/steering heat doesn't turn on. Would be idea if there was a way to only turn on seat/steering heat as it doesn't drain the battery too much.

Depending on the ambient temperature the pre-heat / pre-climate / pre-condition (3 words for the same thing depending on which country you live in) will enable some or all of the following: the rear demister, seat heating (has manual selection for driver and / or passenger side via the app) and steering wheel heating.
