I believe keys only go to sleep if there is no movement. Not easy if you are walking around a service station. Unfortunately holding the lock and unlock which I do on my Taycan seemingly no longer works on the new Macan key. Tried it a few times.Surely the Porsche keys go to sleep now in 2026, or even since launch of the Macan electric, so the cloning with a booster is not possible anymore?
Possibility they could haved jammed you key signal upon locking and leaving the car? Think it happened to me once in a retail park. Tried to lock the car via comfort access a few times. Nothing happened. Tried the key a few times. Nothing. Eventually locked after multiple tries. Believe the jammer gave up realising I was not going anywhere until the car locked.@aks
I wonder.
But my luggage got stolen from the boot of my car when parked at a motorway services in France.
When I returned to the car after the lunch break, unlocked the car, and opened the boot, it was empty!
