Stuck at port?

So we’ve been tracking our Turbo build in TYD (we live in FL). Everything’s been going as planned with statuses usually updating within a day of the estimated date.

Our car was on the boat that arrived in Jacksonville on Friday and as of now it’s still showing left German port both in TYD and the dealers system.

Anyone else notice a delay once the vehicle hit the US?

My car sat at port in Jacksonville for 2 months…this was back around initial launch, but it can happen. You’ll get no rhyme or reason from the dealer or PCNA, don’t waste your time trying

The car may have been damaged during transport and be waiting for replacement parts. Shipping damage is not uncommon and fixed before it leaves the port.

My 4S arrived at Baltimore and it took 2 days to reflect that it had arrived in the app. It takes a while to unload and account for each car.
It has now been seating there and the estimated port exit dates were pushed back by 2 weeks. May be there are many updates / fixes needed for the cars from that shipment.

My wife's turbo has been stuck in San Diego since the end of October.

Car arrived at the dealer last Saturday. Getting preps/recalls/SB taken care of. We will pick it up next week.

So in port slightly over 4 months.

Mine is slightly west of the Bahamas ..headed to jville.
Will see when it actually arrives in SoFlo...
