Last two times I’ve set off in the car (only had it a week) (both times were early and quite cold/damp) I’ve had various warning amber warning symbols on the dash. They then go away after 5-10 mins of driving. Seems like it‘s a sensor issue but has anyone else seen this?

Thx

This is just life with this car, update to WSJ0, ignore and enjoy driving ;)
It’s true it does’t change my life! Is WSJ0 the latest sofware update? I assume mine has it since i picked up less than a week ago.

Moisture / dew on the windshield where the camera is located and / or on rear and front sensors could be the reason.

Collision Warning, Speed Limit Detection and Lane Departure are the 3 icons which should normally light up at start up as they're checked and then extinguished after a period of time. Prolonged time could be due to heavy moisture or road spray rather than an issue.

Left hand (collision detection) icon normal at start up, usually goes away after three or four minutes. Disappointing to see the other rotating icons on a 2026, but you say they also go away after a few minutes of driving. Do you also get any warning messages on the right hand tube? If not, I wonder if this is normal for a 2026?

No, there are no warning messages. Just the icons. I don’t think it can be considered “normal” it’s ok for too long, but very likely to dew in the morning … though goodness knows how it’ll perform in the rain if this is dew.

On my MY24, on the rare occasion that I do get those icons, I also get a yellow warning message in the right hand tube, and there's also an exclamation point icon to the right of where your display is showing the lowered car level icon. The ! Is persistent as long as the icons are also showing. In my car, I would say the icons have shown up less than a half dozen times in the 18 months I've owned the car without explanation, and a couple of times with an obvious explanation (i.e. very heavy rain).
