I’ve taken my Macan 4 on several road trips. The first two times I was not able to get plug and charge to work. But I called Porsche America and they got it working in time for my next charge stop.
other than that it’s been a great road trip machine. Great range, excellent InnoDrive, lots of pep. And averaging 3.2 miles per KWh.
I also noticed that once I passed 1,000 miles the road noise from the tires subsided.
About to head north from NJ to Maine next week. Looking forward to seeing how the cold will affect the range.

My Macan 4 has been built in September, I don’t know if it is a model 2025 (I guess so). I am driving it since November 11th. So far the only small problem I had has been the plug and charge, brilliantly resolved after a call from Porsche. I am coming from an Audi Q8 plug in and 2 Range Rover Sport. All of them very early models. Living in a city like Rome I decided to go for a smaller car.
I can say that after almost a month of driving the Macan I am extremely happy.
Everything is superseding my expectations, but few minor details. Some could be solved via software, other not. For example the quality of the rear camera is pretty poor. if I stop the charging process with the Porsche app I cannot start it again and I have to first manually disconnect the plug on the car and reconnect…
And my wife really loves the car. And if she is happy I am happy!

Super happy with my Turbo. Taycan was Porsche's first rodeo. Macan isn't.
