Sounds like I'm in your boat.I've worked on this issue at length with a level 2 support rep from Porsche North America. I've done all the steps (i.e., full system reset, drive around, turn car off, etc.) and I'm still out of luck as far as plug & charge goes. The support rep continues to work on the issue for me and I'll report back when I hear more. He did tell me that there's a lot of fog surrounding this issue. Sometimes the reset process works first try. Sometimes it takes multiple tries. And sometimes (in my case) not at all. Stay tuned...
It seems like a bug and they will just need to write code to remediate it.
Does Plug and Charge work for you though? Have you tried going to an EA station and plugging in to see if it works?
