Thank you!

unrelated, does anyone else think the current owners manual/good to know (digital or physical manual) is not in-depth enough for how many functions our PCM has? I feel like our PCM deserves its own manual espc with the HUD and acc/innodrive

It is a little light yes. I would also like it to cover more car & maintenance than it currently does (both digital and paper versions).

For instance, didn’t see anything about replacing the pollen filter, nor the reference of the filter to get. But there’s a (short) blurb about brake fluid…

Maybe currently for English language only? My Norwegian Owner's Manual is still v1.0.3 - no pending update notice for now.

It’s entirely possible that the manuals are both country and model specific — in fact I would hope so, to account for the differences in equipment. For all I know you could get different content based on the options you spec’d, like the HUD, InnoDrive and type of charging doors.

Does anyone else with a 2025 Turbo see this version?

I think so. I recalled on another thread different terminologies used for example

“Overrun recuperation” vs “thrust recuperation” depending on location

The cabin air filter, also known as the pollen filter, in a Porsche Macan (including the EV) is typically located behind the glove compartment on the passenger side of the vehicle. To access it, you'll need to remove a small rubber cover or panel under the glove box, revealing the filter housing.

Was there always a chapter on Online Software Update? Don't remember seeing this. Is this the PCM OTA updates we always dream about or did I miss this from the earlier version?

Yep there is, I mentioned it in my message as I read the whole thing and found it lacks substance.

Not a word about the filter whereas they do talk about brake fluids. As a basic owner, I’d change the filter before I worry about changing brake fluids. ;)

Thanks for the details re: glove box, I’ll take a look!

The filter will be replaced as part of each service cycle so no real need to go there IMHO (they'll still charge you for the service).
