Wallbox Pulsar Plus light turns red after charging my Macan 4, but not after charging our Rav4 Prime

That's pretty much the story. I'm engaged with Wallbox's customer support, who had me revert to factory software, which made it worse -- before it would light up red but then revert to green/ready as soon as I unplugged. Now it stays red, and needs a power cycle to reset the light.

Anyone else see off behavior w/ Wallbox? Any other brands that folks recommend?

My Tesla wallbox (lower-case "w", 2019-vintage) does the same with the Macan, but it always clears back to green on its own eventually, and always before I need it again. Didn't do that when it was charging the Tesla.

Have you tried Compatibility Mode? It wouldn't be a real solution since it doesn't stick and needs to be enabled every time before a charging session, but it might provide useful information for isolating the cause.

I'll give it a try, but it doesn't sound like it solves this. Can't hurt to give it a go, of course

Have same issue. When charge level reached Wallbox pulse light goes red. Usually turns green when unplug. Never had this with Tesla S and don't have it with Mercedes EQB. Wallbox support has been worthless. Can't tell you how much time I spend on the phone with them. Acknowledged might be software incompatibility issue and said would be resolved in next update. That was almost a year ago

They botched a software update a few months back (aimed at improving car comm stability). Kept denying it and tried to convince me my cars were the issue, then that my charger is old and I need to buy a new one (at a discount)...finally admitted their fault and subsequently fixed it with the attached version.

Restore, or factory reset (temporary fix) is slow and tricky. Make sure to reboot the station afterwards just in case and make sure it is *not* auto updating afterwards. Stay that way until the can push out the version attached to you for update. Reboot after the update.

I suggest: reset to factory
Upgrade latest version 6.7.33
Power off 15 minutes
Restart and test.

test if electrical ground is ok
test with tester if ground + neutral has a voltage < 2volts (put tester 400 volt alternate)

The Macan may be taking more charging current than the RAV. There may be more voltage drops, bad connection in facility wiring, or things heating up that the wallbox no like.

Internal charger dip switch is correctly posizioned / power ?
2 phase or 3 phase ?
Cable is external or WB cabled ?
Tested other EV ?

Hardwired, jumpers have been checked. Works fine w/ Hyundai, Kia, Toyota. I've moved on - I can already tell that the Emporia is a better designed unit

Sorry cannot help with the issue I just wanted to say as a long time customer of Wallbox I am impressed you managed to get anything out of them.
Over the years I have sent at least 3 emails (support tickets), did not receive a single reply.
If you are thinking about buying a Wallbox and support is somewhere on your list of requirements do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
I cannot recommend another brand as I have no experience.
