Any idea when 2026 models will be released?

I have an order demand in right now (V070), per my SA we will have to wait until the 2026 model opens up, but he isn't entirely sure when that will happen. Does anyone have any insight on this? I have seen a few other posts claiming that the Macan EV '26 won't release until sometime later in the year, however PCNA has closed 2025 order banks as of June 26th. (one thing I was told, Porsche is redesigning the auto charge port doors, as they have a design flaw causing all sorts of issues)

I too am very interested as to WHEN the 2026’s are officially announced, i.e., what is new perhaps in color(s) exterior and interior, any new options, what will be made standard that is now an option, etc.

Like TXSchnee, I heard revealing the 2026 Macan EV would be around Thanksgiving but think that is someone’s best guess rather than a Porsche statement of intent. But anyone know please?

Generally yes. However every other model on the US Porsche site configurator is a 2026, except the Macan EV. My SA said that PCNA has not alerted dealers to when the ‘26 will be available for order, but 2025 model year books are closed and can no longer be ordered.

Thanksgiving (US) would be closer to customer deliveries beginning than any kind of announcement. 2026 production is going to start in August as usual.

What changes, if any, only certain people at Porsche know. I would guess a couple new paint colors, wheel designs, and price increases. Doubtful there will be any major equipment changes after just one year.

I checked Google Trends data for a spike in search interest around the 2025 Porsche Macan. I noticed a surge between July 14-27 2024. Then I looked for press releases in that range and found that Tuesday July 16th was the announcement of the Macan base and 4s.

So, there's a chance we could see the new 2026 models show up in a press release next Tuesday, July 15.

Just a guess. But I suspect we'll see the announcement before the end of July with target delivery in Oct-Nov

Grabbed a MB G580 (the G EV) while waiting to hear anything regarding the ‘26 Macan. May end up going for the Cayenne EV depending on specs, which at this point may be before anything is known about the 2026 model year. Will keep watching on here.

Still would like to get into a Macan Turbo, maybe after the MB lease or replace my Cayenne.

The G580 is the full EV. I leased one off the showroom, had 6 miles on it, and had only been at the dealer for a few weeks. MB wants to move them as they have been slow sellers and once the $7500 Federal EV credit is gone, they have less incentive to lease. I was able to get the $169,700 MSRP down by $30k, so $139,000 for a brand new G Wagen and they gave me $120,000 for my XM. Used $20k for money down, and TTL charges and walked out with $100,000. If I keep the lease the full 3 years I will still be $18k positive from the deal. Other people are getting pretty similar deals. Hurry up though, EV credits go away end of September. Hope that helps.
