Can I replace the sentence that follows the word "Goodbye" when I turn off the car? The current “Not leave anyone in the car is not a message I need.” On the other hand, I'd like to be reminded to take my iPhone out of the car. Thank you.

You mentally could reframe the message so that you think of your phone as a some(one/thing) to not leave in the vehicle.
I do find it a little funny thinking someone is actually reading that warning in its entirety every time they leave the car. Is it really going to help me remember to grab my phone? If one replaces the text, will there be an increase in the number of people left trapped in the back seat of the car. lol

How many times in your life have you left your car, locked it and walked away...then remember you left Jane in the car?? Or your dog Ginger? :)

Ha, sorry about that...Jane was the first name that came to mind...but Ginger was my old dog. Also, on side note, Ginger was the main dog in the old Farside cartoons:)

Which reminds me of a yearly competition for the dumbest product instruction. A few years ago the winner was this message on a stroller “Remove child before folding “

Porsche is not the only company to have a message like that. I've driven several different cars that have a variation on that (e.g. "Check the back seat for passengers" or something similarly inane.) The car does know if there is a phone connected (and/or charging wirelessly) and/or if there is a weight on the rear seat. What I would like is an option to have Ms. Hey Porsche optionally verbally remind you ("Your phone is still connected.", "Jane is still in the car you know.") Well, at least the first one.

A much more useful message would be “you’ve left your phone in the charging cubby”!

I do my best…. Just a little fun. Nothing to get upset about. Have a good one and I hope you figure out a solution to your problem.
Thank you DTaxman.
