The extra alcantara layer isn’t an issue: it fits perfectly and it won’t make any noise.

Finally: full alcantara covering!
far from perfect (for example, I should have started with the inside upper/lower side, then done the other sides... and several other tips) but as it's not very visible, it's not a major problem.

side note: I have a better understanding of the “why” is full leather is so expensive, just a pain in the ass to do it!

dude you should write a post on how to work with these wraps... i decided to try wrapping and it was such a strugglefest

the center armrest tray wasn't too bad... but jesus christ the cubby organizer with the middle dividers were a pain in the ass

i justified the shoddy work by telling myself that no one can see the cubby organizer once it's installed and that this is more for the noise dampening than the looks hehe 🫣

i have more panel gaps than a tesla
