I haven't seen it posted so I assume this issue is unique to me, but is anyone else having issue with the built-in data pass working? Initially the activiation was pending, so a call to PCNA and that was resolved, at least on the website as it now shows active. Car shows 5G on the center display, so it would seem like it has connection.
However, nothing in my car works. I have the hotspot active, but it does not have internet. I cannot enter the app store to download anything unless connected to my home wi-fi. PCNA did not seem to have any idea but had me do a vehicle reset, no help other than erasing ALL the settings again.
My app shows neither plug & charge nor data pass as active, both are red. Although plug & charge does show a valid certificate installed when I check charging settings.
Frustrating to continue to have these glitches. I get it, driver's car not tech car...but at some point things become unexcusable if the car is released to the general public.
