Uploading these here for feedback. I am still not sure if this is normal behaviour.

that would drive me crazy. I hope it's an easy fix!

do the door seals look seated properly?
does the door latch/catch line up?
door trim hitting the dash board, door sill or anything else?

Normally, it's just a matter of adjusting the anchor bracket in the B-pillar, or the lock in the door. A suitable torx screwdriver should suffice. I don't have a Macan to confirm, sorry!

On top of it, if it doesn't shut properly when I am inside, the car shuts down and I need to turn it on manually after shutting the door properly. šŸ¤¦

let the dealer fix it.. the doors are heavy and they use a dolly/stand to hold the door to make adjustments.

Rear doors close with much less force. So the problem is only with the front doors.

My new macan 4 initially had a similar issue with the driverā€™s side door. I believe it only happens when all windows and doors are closed, because the driverā€™s side window doesnā€™t automatically lower far enough (compared to the passenger side door) to allow air to escape the cabin. I asked the SA about this and he said that all of the macan EVā€˜s heā€™s seen are like this, but I got one of the first ones delivered to that dealership, so I donā€™t think heā€™s seen very many. Two weeks on, the issue seems to happen less frequently, or maybe Iā€™m just getting used to it and closing the door harder.

Did you try to calibrate the window?

Very insightful! I feel the same way. Not sure if the door fixed itself or I got better at closing it....

In a frame less door the window can be the limit to a correct doot. WIth a loaner Tesla M3 I had something similar. Call the service and they told me to perform a window reset (very easy just keep the up button for that window and all it's done: solved. The window was going a couple millimeters too high and touch the interior frame of the door. Hope it's the same for you and t reset itself..

I tried resetting the windows by their guide but it didnā€™t fix it. I noticed that the windows go down a bit but not enough and the rubber insulation is still covered by the window. Should be an easy fix.

You have to try more than once. On my Tesla (after an update not so good.... yes also Tesla sometime messes things up) I had to try at least 10 times before it worked as should: down then up keeping the button pressed, then down.... and so on. At the end it worked and never happened again. Hope it works for you
