In 2 days I will finally pick up my Macan 4
I was wondering how the hill start and then downhill reverse works for a garage ramp

Perfectly! I reverse park every evening on a fairly steep ramp.
The only thing I would like (but I know it's a design feature) is that the car goes in "hold" mode when you are stuck in the traffic (as Tesla does). I know that if you press 2 times the brake it goes in hold mode but.... ;)

oh nice. good to know.
my wife's Kia has a dedicated button on the center console for Hold. I toggle it on and off constantly as i drive depending on what's happening

The hold feature is one of the best inventions on a car ever in my option. I Know some people don’t like the break light on but it’s only the same as keeping your foot pressed on the break. I just can’t be bothered putting the car in park at traffic lights.
