Is that the typical Porshe jack point or will I need to find another adapter for my floor jack?

BTW, these diagrams are in the manual:

Right…. I finally got it - and you’re right - it’s a rectangular jack head…and no damage to my car by the tyre man.

And under the car there’s some sort of metal sheet protecting everything - the composite material is just around the edges!

It is not the same as the Taycan for sure. It looks like the same as our recently totaled Q8 etron. The pad I used on the etron linked below. I will confirm it when we get the Macan in the next week or so.

I ordered this puck from eBay. If this fits I’ll be ordering a jack :)

Definitely no jack in my car. Weird the manual has the guidance above.

This arrived today and it’s too short and does not fit the car. So tomorrow I will measure the right diameter needed but I’m guessing it’s about 10cms and needs to protrude taller too.

Right - I’m at the Porsche centre at Reading - and just found a solution.

Who knew Porsche had a collapsible spare tyre + wheel for the Macan Electric!!!! News to me. I didn’t even know these existed - they save space (max 50 mph).

You have to inflate the tyre before use, and deflate it before storing away. Living and learning. Hopefully it will be small enough for the frunk.

the code P95C601027 ensures it matches the holes when you pull out the original tyre / wheel for the Macan electric.

It’s on back order in the UK - so when it arrives I’ll post pictures.

Please post if it fits well for 22 rim.

damn, sorry to raise this one from the grave...but i was just about to start working on the car.... and others have noticed, despite the manual saying there is one, there is no jack in the car....

The other Macan pads don't seem to be right... I do see images of the Cayanne Jack pads, and they seem to be more in line with the macan shape...

anyone find the right pads yet?

These look like they would fit, but I had these for my Audi Q8 which is MLB Evo, and tried it on the Macan and it does not work, it starts angling off kilter. The jack point is bigger and open on one side requiring what I suspect is a very specific adapter that I have not found. Luckily a carefully placed hockey puck like pad that spans the jack point without touching any battery components worked well enough.

still on the hunt for the specific PPE platform adapter

This is great info thank you so much - I hadn’t considered that a back wheel would not fit the front wheel arch. now it’s obvious! Thank you! From what you are saying I think buying a front wheel & a capable jack would probably resolve my issue.

I already have a spare front tyre (Continental - which is tyre that the tyre man sourced overnight and replaced the original damaged Goodyear).

I ended up buying another Goodyear (I didn’t want different tyres on a brand new car) and kept the sourced Continental when Porsche replaced it.

I guess I now need…

1) a jack capable of lifting a 2.4 ton car
2) a Porsche 22 in wheel….

unless someone has a cheaper solution….

thank you
Porsche Assistance? I agree a spare would be nice but not filling up my boot with one!
