My Car is Missing! (Only Digitally Thankfully)

For no apparent reason my personalised Macan image has disappeared from the app (iOS) even though my husband’s car is still showing properly. On his app (Android) both of our cars show as they should. I’ve checked the settings and can’t find anything useful. Any suggestions?

I don’t suppose you can point me to any can you? I have tried searching for missing image in app My Porsche car image, and various other phrases but can’t for the life of me find a relevant thread.
