OTA update - High Voltage Central Box Control Unit

I noticed this post on Reddit, MY26 4S, I've not seen this OTA update for my (UK MY26) so far.

I think thats related to a post several of us have already noted, where MY26 is a getting an update, but MY24 & MY25 are expected to get a different one in "june".

I am however surprised that they were doing that as an OTA update - this is encouraging for future OTA....

My MY25 goes into the shop Friday morning, and maybe by the end of the weekend they will tell me if they have the battery updates for MY25

My MY25 4S showed an OTA update today, it seems to be the same HV update:

Well this is very cool; I hope they do more of these. I'll check mine when I head out for a drive, but since I already had the SQ5 update at the dealer, I'm not sure it will appear for me...

are you downloading these with the cell connection or using your WIFI at home?

I just let the car use it's own connection (I have not set it up to use my home WiFi yet) - it has to be locked before the update will start:

I see his first post says MY26 and the second one is MY25 - I would find value in learning if anyone with a MY25 got this (or any true OTA / Not Maps of Android Apps) update.

@Flying4Fun I would not have any hopes for that, I believe there will never be any OTA for 2025, Porsche made false promises.

As long as the MY26 only gets insignificant bugfixes OTA I also dont really mind as my car is stable. I will be very annoyed if MY26 gets new features via OTA, eg features from the MY28 model year. But I highly doubt that cause thats usually not something Porsche does anyway, see the Taycan.
