i keep mine in the lowest setting...but it's quite annoying that you have to remember to set the mode EVERY time you start the car... I really hope a future update allows the car to remain in whatever mode is set, until it's manually changed again.
Mine stays set, I leave it in Normal and then change to Low in the menu. Stays that way until I change mode or change in the menu again.

well.....that's not how it works for everyone else afaik...
if i change it out of normal, to any other mode, after a restart, it will go BACK to normal after a couple minutes into the next ride.

Sounds like I got extremely lucky then. It’s been in for two software recalls too and retained its behaviour.

I don’t change modes to do the lowering. If I do that, it reverts back. I change to low in the Normal mode, that’s what keeps it.

hmmmm but you can't save any changes to Normal.....But you're saying if you make changes, they stay?

It’s not saving changes to normal, if I flick to another mode and back to normal it goes to normal ride height. It’s retaining the settings at the time I switch the car off.

Not the same car, but my neighbour’s Cayenne behaves in exactly the same way.

so you are correct. it appears that despite you cannot "save" the changes to normal..it retains the changes you make.
so i changed the setting, and went no two drives...and it didn't change the ride height.

so thank yoU!

I’ve set my ride height as low and it remains that way / doesn’t default to normal whenever I turn on the car
