Route settings error

Getting this every time I try to plan a route on the app. Any ideas?

I was getting that, I found that the state of charge at departure was set far too low and the % at arrival was far too high. I set the departure at 100% and the arrival at 10% and it solved it.

My soc is set correctly. And I’m only a mile from a charger. There isn’t a state of charge that would fail.

I had this problem for a while after the app decided that I no longer had a valid charging certificate installed. I was unable to ultimately fix the problem without support from Porsche directly.
Check under the charging settings to see what it says about having a plug and charge certificate.

Had a similar “can’t get there from here” determination from ABRP the other day in error; got home just fine with 40% SOC just as the Porsche Planner predicted.

I always double check my trips with ABRP before departing. Rarely one is off. Overall he Porsche Planner has worked over 90% for us so far.
