They told me it can happen once or twice, usually during the first winter after pickup and that it's OK, just ignore ithello,
I have had the same issues with my 2024 Macan Ev. Burning smell has persisted despite 3 trips to the dealership. In one instance they replaced the heater box but then burning rubber/smoke smell persists and now they are saying that they cannot duplicate the problem and have nothing further they can do. anyone get this issue successfully addressed?
