My 4S has zero rattles. Rock solid.
Same with my 4. Rock solid. First I have heard about pano or other rattles ( except for passenger seat belts which is resolved by raising the belt sliding clip)

Any update from the dealer?
Yes sorry. Got my vehicle back. AC had no refrigerant from the factory. Porsche admitted it should not have passed their QC from the dealership. Added refrigerant and checked for leaks. AC working now

pano roof needed to be removed / cleaned / lubricated. No more creaks.

Door panel mis-alignment apparently normal. So they did not address

Rear windshield wiper alignment adjusted but I think they over shot now it’s angled too low, don’t know if I’ll bring it up again.

Passenger door still rattling. Driver front door handle still creaking on door closing. Neither was addressed properly.

I have to go back for a center panel replacement where the cup holder is. Panel was damaged prior to purchase and they agreed to order the part and replace. Part is on back order. When I go back for that I will bring up unresolved issues.

plug and charge was also not working but I had them do the factory reset and it started working the following day (not day of reset).

Porsche rep was much more polite on pickup and apologized for the poor initial experience.

wow...looks like QC was on their break when your car came down the assembly line. From what i can tell no one else is having any of these issues (save one or two ppl with one or two of these issues...like the door rattling which was due to the seatbelt clip and the plug and charge issue).

This is wild - and scary from my perspective as someone who is waiting on delivery. My SA has been very friendly, but I also had a weird experience with my deposit at the dealership: My SA told me it would be $5k, which was fine, and he said I'd get an email later that day (Friday) to make the payment. The email came in at 7pm, from someone at the dealership who was not my SA. I didn't think anything of it, made the payment online. The next day, Saturday, my SA texted me w/ a link to make the deposit payment, urgently warning that I needed to hurry up so I didn't lose their last 4S allocation slot. I assumed the first deposit payment on Friday didn't go through, so I went ahead and made another $5k deposit - fearful of losing my spot. Then I checked my bank, and sure enough, I'd been charged $5k twice. Complicating things, my bank initially declined my payment on Saturday, but after I confirmed it wasn't fraudulent, allowed the second payment to go through. I contacted my SA and eventually got one of the payments reversed, but it was a huge headache/involved a dozen or so back-and-forths with them to get it resolved. Still don't know why the first email on Friday (not from my SA) came through or why they didn't see I'd made my deposit before contacting me for payment again on Saturday. Bottom line: not a great start, but overall otherwise, the experience has been ok so far.

Did you ever figure out what was causing the passenger door rattling? Mine has the same problem, usually when going over rough pavement patches and specially when turning to the right. It stops when you push on the plastic panel towards the bottom rear of the passenger door. I’m not sure whether the door’s striker needs adjustment or whether the plastic panel needs cushioning… the cabin is so quiet that makes all these noises more noticeable!

I did a write up here about my passenger door rattle, may or may not be relevant to your situation.

Has anyone noticed if the 2025s share the same issues as the 2024s? I've had my 4s for a month, and there are 550 miles on it. The only problem so far is a ghost keeps letting my driver's side front window halfway down.

My 2025 Turbo has virtually no issue, other than not being driven as much as it should/deserves because of my lack of bandwidth. Such a fantastic car! 😍

Thanks, I had not seen your previous post. I definitely think that the noise is coming from the plastic rubbing against the door and had already noticed a decrease in the intensity by placing a wedge in between. I was already thinking of placing some insulating material along the plastic edge and your result is reassuring. It’s definitely easier than trying to adjust the door’s striker (which is more difficult, requires the right tools, and may not work) or having to deal with Porsche’s service department. I will post the results in case more people are dealing with the same problem.

I followed this video and it did the trick.
Service was unable to resolve the noise. They claimed to place noise insulation in the door panel but the rattle persisted until I put some felt in the area from the linked post. Thanks for sharing btw.

AC not working again. Maybe about a month since last service to fix the same issue. Last time the excuse was no refrigerant from factory. Don’t know what it will be this time. Haven’t seen any evidence of a leak, but acting the same as last time. Toggle on AC or Max and it auto toggles to off after a few seconds with no cool air. Calling SC tomorrow for an appointment. If second fix isn’t permanent going to have to start talking buyback.
