My innodrive adaptive cruise control is not automatically changing the speed limit and therefore the car speed won’t change even if it recognises the speed signs. This is happening with all the options activated in the Assistance driving settings.
I have emailed my dealership in London. Anybody else with the same issue ?

I had the same issue yesterday. I thought the recent navigation update (and cache clearance) that fixed the traffic sign recognition fault was what was preventing it from working, but since installing that and clearing my cache, the warning message has gone and the cruise control now works, but only in so much as it slows down for the car in front, but not for a change in speed limit sign even though it is picking up the speed limit (generally - I've found several occasions during my 300 mile journey where it was incorrect).

I think you get standard adaptive until you press the button on the underside of the driver assist stalk. That activates a I’ve lane keeping. My Innodrive features are all working with this setting on. Used them most recently this evening.

My lane keeping assist is set as on all the time. That works fine. It’s just that when the adaptive cruise control is on, it only slows or accelerates for other cars - not for drops or increases in speed limit

Select Vehicle >> Assistance >> ⚙ >> Assistance systems settings >> Speed Limit Assist
allows you to manually or automatically select speed limits.
After four years+ of driving a Taycan that slows down for school on Sundays, we use manual.

With all Innodrive options on and the system activated, my car (Macan Turbo) fails to adjust its speed when it passes speed limit signs. It also fails to "see" about half the numbered speed limit signs and all of the national limit signs I pass. It also fails to speed up when passing a national speed limit sign and it continues to display a previous lower limit and a visual warning for exceeding it whenever it misses a national speed limit sign.

I have reported the issue to my local Porsche Centre (who supplied the car) and have been advised that this is a known issue for UK cars and that the factory is working on the problem.

Thanks for sharing this. For a little moment, I thought i could be the only one with this problem….
Do you think it could be an OTA update ?
Honestly i think they never tested the car in UK !! It’s so annoying 🤦🏻‍♂️

It’s a different config on UK spec cars, but thanks for the info :)

Honestly i think they haven’t tested the car in UK !!

I don't have any information on timing or whether the necessary update will necessitate a dealer visit. My car is due in for a minor warranty issue in early January, and the service manager said they will look at this issue then. Whether this means they anticipate having a fix by then or if is just the standard reply all workshops give you when an issue is reported, I don't know!

I'm not too bothered over this, as I only use systems like Innodrive on motorways and dual carriageways where the speed limits are usually pretty well signposted and I can react to them as and when required.

How does it configure in the UK to set it manually?
I would rather set it to 20mph for town driving and then push the stalk up for increasing it where the speed limit allows it.

I was referring to the config for setting it to automatically adjust for speed limit signs.
