In March, the 7.5k$ rebate will be off the table, probably.
Even thought, 11% discount on a made to order Porsche, it’s huge. you have several Porsches, right?, so you know this discount is ”abnormal “ in Porsche world.
If you want a Turbo, you know what to do 😊

Basically it's the first significant discount on a MY25 Turbo we've heard of, even super buyers (miillion dollar+ customers) I know arent getting above 2%, and you're saying they are giving you 10% off.

It's an unbelievable deal so, yeah, I'd get it in writing and be thrilled about it!

Also fwiw as @byebye mentions, you also almost certainly won't be getting the $7.5k rebate in March.

The other leases posted have been thousands more over 2 years while also being lower priced cars. Your lease is both the best monthly rate I've seen and the most expensive car.

My car is 106k MSRP, @tmrqs car is 111k MSRP, but this car is 126k MSRP and a better cost over 2 years than either of us have been offered. It's an amazing deal (although it will be 7500 + fees more over 2 years once the tax rebate is eliminated).

If you divide $25k by 24 months, it’s another $1k per month.
Total of $2k/months lease sounds about as good as any other shared. No?
Agree, it is the downpayment, same as others without a downpayment which never makes sense on a lease in my experience.

I'm finalizing my order for the Macan EV Turbo. My dealer is giving me a $13,000.00 discount PLUS the $7,500.00 rebate if I lease it for a grand total of $20,500.00 off the price of the car. Is this a good deal? If not, how much more of a discount should I push for? Is it wise to do a 24 month lease to get the rebate and then just pay it off at the end of the lease or would I come out better purchasing it up front and just not getting the $7,500.00 rebate?
Take the discount which I think is unusual. Take the rebate. Worry about repurchase later.

MSRP is $126,985 less $13k discount (referred to on my sheet at "total dealer savings") comes to $113,985 which is the selling price. I do not have the MF and residual, only a sheet that shows the term, down payment and monthly payment. The sheet does show a "rebate" of $7,500.00 though which brings the "final sales price" to $106,485.00 (shown as "adjusted cap cost" on the sheet"). My dealer told me the payment could actually end up being less, and likely WILL be less because the MF and residual will hopefully get better between now and March. Again, I understand this is an atypical deal and only posted to get a barometer of just how good it might be. I know my same dealer won't be dolling out the cars to other people for the same price but was curious if others who have good relationships with dealers were getting comparable deals. The dealer is not in my home town, though. I was told that the dealer in my home town has sold a total of 5 Turbos at full MSRP.
Paying around $50k for 2 years on a lease sounds about right, I have similar numbers. The real question at this point will be the residual.

As others rightfully pointed, I fully expect the $7.5k tax credit to go away once Trump takes office. Any chance you can secure this deal within the next couple months, possibly on a car already available or on its way?

Down payment is a risk. If the car gets totaled or stolen, you won’t be getting that back.

That is why I would get the insurance to cover it. Does anyone have any links to articles discussing Trump taking away the EV credit of $7,500.00?

I could probably get a 4S custom build and delivered by the first week of February, but it would not be a Turbo.

You can get gap coverage on a lease.

It's mostly conjecture on the tax credit at this point but it seems to be a goal of his transition team and Elon Musk. The taz credit can be eliminated without any democratic support.

It may happen nearly immediately, or it may take a bit, so it's all up in the air. I think it'll happen quite early but that's just speculation.

Porsche may be forced to introduce their own rebate to make up for it. You're getting a good enough deal I wouldn't sweat it if I was you.
