Dashcam installation issues -- fuse box location?

Does anyone know where the fuse box is in Macan EV Turbo? My dashcam installation guy could not locate it so I was told it is impossible to install it. Has anyone got it installed already? Please share your experience. Thanks.

It is Qvia, which was installed to my Taycan. Now I am trying to move it to my Macan EV Turbo.

I've been told driver and passenger footwells have fuse boxes?

The manual has a few words about fuses being scary and to bring it to a service center to get things fixed. Not useful at all for this case.

According to the manual, the negative battery jump location is in the frunk, under the plastic grill thing to the right, outside the storage area - there's another one on the left side. I wonder if there's fuses under either of those locations. Probably not where you'd connect a dashcam though.

Found a few fuses, passenger side location.

Footwell and side cover that meets the door. I'll have to see if I can find a switched fuse later.

Nothing on the driver's side that I could find removing the same components.

install videos i've seen have noted to put the camera on the passenger side...so not to obstruct any of the driver's view

None on the driver side that I could find. Just wire bundles

I opted for the dashcam wiring. I also did this on my Cayenne but it of course has a proprietary harness which I have heard some 3rd party cameras have this figured out.

That being said I haven't figured the harness out and I despise pin taps for wiring.

The Porsche dash cam is overpriced, bulky and not convenient to use.

Tesla and rivian are able to use the built in cams as "dash cams" ... that would really be nice... hopefully an update can enable?
