Humming from Overhead console or PCM?

Hi there I tried searching for this but no luck

When you guys have the music off and the car is just silent. Is there a humming noise coming from the car? Sort of an electronic buzzing? Not a big deal but wondering if that was normal or not.

headlights....
you can note that it will not be audible when the highbeams are on, or if the lights are off...
there were some threads on this from early owners

I don't know what the laws are in Canada, but in the US electric vehicles have to emit a sound to allow pedestrians with visual impairments to be aware of the vehicle. That may be the sound you are hearing. Try rolling down the window and see if the sound gets louder -- this should work especially well in an enclosed space like a garage.

Is it on park on drive?

On drive - it could be external sound the car emits for pedestrians.

On park - it could be coming from speakers and it's something like electric buzz/interference, I head it sometimes and it's hard to diagnose.

Check if this is coming from sensors behind rear view mirror.
There is this plastic cover right behind the mirror and sometimes something inside makes this noise.

I feel like I might've noticed an extremely similar noise for the very first time while driving our Taycan yesterday... Didn't think about it again on the way home (music was back on) - but I'll listen for it next time I'm in it and confirm.

Sounds like it is from the rain sensor/overhead compartment. Its obviously more noticeable with no music and I'm seeking the noise out but was just wondering if everybody else had the same noise.

Add another "noise" that is making curious (must be the silent nature of the EV!)

Does your car "grunt" or "groan" when going to a complete stop. I didn't have time to take a video but it sounds like this video of a cayenne at about the 47-48 second mark.

I have the same issues, and took the car to Porsche West London, they can not found anything!
The noise is relating to the headlight. When you switch off the light, it will disappear. But when you switch on, it will come back again!
