Issue with app connection with the car

Had turbo for a month now and never had any issues with the app till today. For some reason the car says vehicle info updates however it is not. The car is locked and charging and it is not showing so on the app. Also you can not send any climate or departure requests.
When I touch the vehicle status it shows status two hours ago not able to update status even though it says vehicle info is updated
Tried to log out and logged in and deleted app and reinstalled. I locked the car and hoping that it could just be a glitch that gets resolved when the car wakes up tomorrow. Anyone had such an issue with their apps not properly connecting to the car

if nothing changed on your end (such as, does your car still have cellular data access?) it's probably a bug on the service side

I just realized our apps are no longer updating. Ours were working this morning. Sounds like a problem on the server side.

@Awaz Not so 100% perfect (Plug&Charge does't work and I don't want to do a full reset) but it's not bad at all ;) .

I've had a Jaguar IPace for the past 4 years and I'm getting a Macan 4 in January. The Jaguar app connection barely ever works and I'm wondering if it's a general issue with car manufacturers.
No the Macan connection with the my Porsche app has been working flawlessly for about a month now.

Car decided to return online and now everything seems fine. I think for some reason the car might have fallen off the grid either because of my WiFi in the garage or poor 5g cat reception however today once I left home in the morning it decided to get back on line!
So let the Porsche dream come true continue!!!!

Mine is working again too now. It had “never”failed before in the garage, in the two weeks since our accounts started working.

I had what I think was the same problem light night. Punched in my four digit ID and got a red 'not the correct code' message. I was able to scan the on-screen QR code and log in. After I turned off the car and restarted, same issue but this time the QR code would not refresh; it was grayed out. I set up an alternate driver with no passcode and I was then able to access the apps. This morning everything was back to normal, accepting by four digit ID. Frustrating!

I've had this problem since 02-11, the app thinks the car is still in Belgium, in the meantime I've been in France and Spain and now back in the Netherlands. I don't think it's a problem with the app. The car doesn't have an internet connection anymore, no spotify or youtube, the google search button in the nav also doesn't work and trying to look at my data package times out.

I think the cars just fell of the grid for some reason and now they are bock online!

Problems seem to occur vastly during week-end… maybe some crappy devops/ops team and a bad deployment infrastructure that is not able to tackle resiliency and 99.99% uptime without manual operations…

I have the same issue, my app thinks the car is still in Belgium, I was there about 14 days ago. It's under investigation at the dealer.
