Plug in and charge the vehicle to 100%, and take advantage of pre-climatizing the car prior to departure. Covering 150 miles should not be a problem.
True, unless the speed is close to triple digits for most of the trip…

Given the current temperatures and the 68mph average speed, if that’s what how @nikdulac wants to drive, it’s going to be tough.

I think maybe not a substantial difference in the case of Nikdulac situation but my plan is to run on 22” wheels for summer and then switching to 20” wheels for winter to squeeze as much range out of it as possible when temps are lower

Driving constant speed the wheel size becomes less of a factor, stil it is but less. Charge it to 100% and pre heat ... should help big time, especially if you can time the charge just before departure. I would love to see the option like in the iX that you also can pre heat the battery from the app, a warm battery will drastically lower the consumption of... It's not that efficient bit keeping the battery warm in winter conditions is probably a big factor, I see my consumption go down quite substantial if the battery is 20C ...

This is really concerning real world data, but it makes sense as many others said.

22s with winter setup tires will impact range significantly - worst rolling resistance.
Cold ambient temps mean very dense air - max aero resistance.
High Speed - requires exponentially more energy to move above 70mph.

Preheating while plugged in will help before departure but not by much, as the battery will get cooled very quickly moving through cold air at high speeds (wind chill effect).

I've driven over 200mi on a single charge (Atlanta, GA to Charlotte, NC) on 21's.
