Mobile app says "service - now" after 500 kms

Anyone had something like this?

After 500 kms my mobile app displays something like this .
Basically it says "service now" and there is a button to make an appointment.

When I click it, the app asks me for a reason (?) and there are several options to pick from including "according to app suggestion".

I got this two (that are correct):

have update the app (there is a new version released yesterday). Is the same also on the car (I had some false error in the app that weren’t there in the car)

Same thing happened to me. Go to the car. Kill the app and reopen. It cleared and now it shows it again. It's most likely an app bug.

This was the case for me as well.

I also have the “service now” shown on my app. Gonna take the car in next week for some other things so I’ll have them check it.

I don’t think is car “rekey” but it an app error when it tries to read data and it fails.
