Hi, I've tried everything to get the battery % update in the app and nothing has worked :( Has anyone been able to solve this issue? Everything else updates no problem, milage, trip data, car location... only charging related data is the same as on the day I picked up the car 5 weeks ago - it never worked. I called Porsche too, they said they will try and re-install data certificate - didn't work. I emailed them, they said we are working on it and no response for 2 weeks... I did factory reset, reinstalled app, connected to WiFI, I even re-added the car in the app and cancelled connect service and reconnected everything - still shows the same % as on day 1, which tells me it's pulling the data from a server and perhaps connection between car and server it not working. Is there anything else I can do or just give up and wait and hope they will fix it one day? Please help, thank you.

Can you confirm that the charging app in the car itself is working properly? It is strange that everything else updates. Are you also sure that the car and app are using the exact same Porsche ID?

also, is the car maybe in a cellular dead spot? In the car you need wi-fi to get wireless CarPlay to work, so there are a number of possible connectivity issues.

BTW: I’ve sometimes had to refresh multiple times to get a status update.

I'm having the same issue. Just bought the car Tuesday. It sync'd initially to the app but then the charge percentage has not updated since - it's stuck at the same number since I first logged into the app. All other functions in the app seem to be working fine. I get updated vehicle location data and able to send controls like pre-climate. But the battery charge number won't update.

I also thought it was a connection issue and connected the car to my home wifi. That didn't work, and it completely messed up my wireless CarPlay. Once I connected to home wifi, it never was able to connect back to wireless CarPlay at all. I tried all reboot and uninstall/reinstall recommendations I saw online but none worked. I did a factory reset of the car and reinstalled CarPlay - that finally got wireless CarPlay back working. However even after factory reset the charging percentage has not changed in the app. Weird issue.

I called them again, they say it's a mass issue and they are working on it... Glad I am not the only one and that my car is not defective LOL.

Must be a mass issue then because my brand new car hasn’t been able to connect to the profile in the My Porsche app at all not even once. It’s been a week now with the dealer and 3 weeks in software updates before after shipping. It’s a mess. Do they even know what they are doing?

Mine just updated - YAY, after almost 6 weeks of waiting and trying all sorts of resets. Unfortunately I don't know what fixed it. Either me playing with my account last night and re-initializing everything from scratch, I don't recommend this btw and hope my plug and charge didn't get messed up, and maybe this took them 24hrs to get everything synced again? Or because I called them again today and they "escalated" and did something on the backend. Hope yours works too soon. Otherwise, I love my new car.
