Hi, I've tried everything to get the battery % update in the app and nothing has worked
Has anyone been able to solve this issue? Everything else updates no problem, milage, trip data, car location... only charging related data is the same as on the day I picked up the car 5 weeks ago - it never worked. I called Porsche too, they said they will try and re-install data certificate - didn't work. I emailed them, they said we are working on it and no response for 2 weeks... I did factory reset, reinstalled app, connected to WiFI, I even re-added the car in the app and cancelled connect service and reconnected everything - still shows the same % as on day 1, which tells me it's pulling the data from a server and perhaps connection between car and server it not working. Is there anything else I can do or just give up and wait and hope they will fix it one day? Please help, thank you.
