There are 6 user selectable ride heights - Off-road II, Off-road I, Lift, Normal, Lowered, Low.
where do you see this?
there are only 4 height levels. Lifted, Normal, Lowered and Low.

offroad is drive mode name...

Yes, you can go from off-road (highest suspension) to sport or sport plus (lowest suspension), just by turning the knob on the steering wheel. Not automatic but very simple.
@aks The lowest suspension for PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) is “Low” and set with Sport Plus; however, realized that Sport Plus is only available if you can optioned Sport Chrono. Else you can only access Sport via the drive mode selector (steering wheel knob) which will give “Lowered” suspension which is not as low as “Low”.
So if you have the Sport Chrono option, then switching the dial to sport plus before turning off the car or exiting the vehicle is certainly the quickest way to lower the vehicle into an attractive and perhaps easy exit state. If you do not have that option, then I would go with what was said earlier on adding a suspension button to the center console or you can access manual via:

offroad is drive mode name...
Offroad Is also a Drive mode but is also a chassis level (Offroad I) when this Drive mode is selected.

Not all chassis levels are user accessible and are tagged to a drive mode.

Owner's Manual could be more explicit / less ambiguous.

Anyone's guess where Offroad II is hiding but it exists somewhere for someone...

The Owner's Manual may have a few edit issues as the Offroad II setting is user selectable on the Cayenne ICE variant. This suggests a cut and paste gaff.

Thanks for all the info everyone, I have now booked a test drive with the dealer, explaining I need to understand this better. He said what has been mentioned here, tap the chassis/suspension setting, set it low. Will see how practical that is in reality, as it seems like a bit of a faff.

It will be a faff as the problem will be that unless you set the height a minute before exiting the lowering will stop as soon as you open a door (safety) so bear that in mind.

yeah, that's what i'm thinking.... cuz i certainly don't have those options in my car.... The only thing i could think of, is if those options are available if you have the Offroad package.

I'm expecting this is just a safety net and the misses will get used to the vehicle, vs our current X1 (similar height, more flat seats) and M5 (lower, more sporty seats) - it's the combination of bolsters on the seat base, depth from seat to edge of car, and height. All together, made the exit a bit of a polava in the showroom vehicle, but I expect it won't be that dramatic once accustomed - but it would be an expensive mistake if I get it wrong (as I did with an M3, which I changed in <1Y to an M5 for seat comfort reasons)!

Good point! One thing I’d add is that turning the drive mode knob at all on the wheel brings up all of the suspension buttons on the touch screen, so you can fine tune to whatever ride height is available if you want a built-in shortcut.

Reading this amazed that everyone else isn’t driving around with the car permanently in Low

I don’t think so and Porsche Active Ride (PAR) is not an option yet on the Macan EV (It might never be).

Ride height is already high so no real need to drop on ingress / egress (Taycan benefits if PAR is fitted as it is much lower and tricky to get in / out of).
I can adjust ride height on the menu.
Sadly, you are correct about the Taycan height. It's like getting into a 911. I just traded my 2021 that was like brand new for my Macan. My wife needs a knee replacement, and could no longer manage getting into the other.

Could be and the additional 10 mm ground clearance you get with the Offroad Design Package and therefore Offroad II could be that plus another 10mm and drops the Offroad I level setting.

i keep mine in the lowest setting...but it's quite annoying that you have to remember to set the mode EVERY time you start the car... I really hope a future update allows the car to remain in whatever mode is set, until it's manually changed again.

Doubt that will ever happen. All Porsches with air always return to Normal and I think this is due to some regulation.
