I would like to have a range at 100% of 500 km+.450km at -10 C is fantastic. this is a very sporty car. i would wish that after almost a year has passed everyone would have understood that the tests that are used to determine the range of ICE and EVs are standardized tests that are performed by independent institutes. they do not hold in real life. it is the same for every brand and for ICE as well. for 40 years i have been listening to the lies of people downplaying the gasoline consumption of their cars and suddenly everyone seems obsessed with the range of EV`s. Who drives more than 400km without a break?
This was my trip two weeks ago, -5C and horrible gusty headwind, car full of people and dogs, with roof box. Consumption was heavy, but I had good 350kW Ionity chargers on the way.It was about -10C in the night and -5 in the day. So not very cold, just normal winter day. But promises about 600km range feels just a dream.
I have now driven a bit over 16tkm and average consumption has been 23KW/100km meaning range less than 450km....
That looks pretty good all things considered. I currently drive an I-Pace (waiting to see if they buy back my model year as they are buying them back in the US before I place an order for a 4S). In the winter, I get around 32 kWh/100km driving at 110km/h (and everything else normal). With ~80kWh usable battery, range is around 250, so 450 will be a great advance. This was my trip two weeks ago, -5C and horrible gusty headwind, car full of people and dogs, with roof box.
