this happens. i still think it has a lot to do with the knowledge of the service center. but they will figure it out or get help from stuttgart.
They told me they are waiting for an email from Germany because the vehicle caused an issue during the software update and is currently not drivable. It’s a really frustrating situation. In return, they gave me a petrol-electric BMW X1 for 7 days, which is unacceptable — but unfortunately, I have no choice but to wait.
I've had these same issues and I have a Turbo. Same thing exactly. If you turn the vehicle off for 15+ minutes it corrects itself. I've been in to the shop 4x and they have not soolved anything. The Apple Car Play also stops letting my phone connect and they want me to unplug a wire in the back trunk to fix that when it happens. Not sure I should be doing this for a $125,000 car.
Try deleting your Porsche profile in the car and creating a new one (can be the same name). That solved all my recurring CarPlay connection problems. Make sure you only check the third icon (CarPlay) in Connection Manager when you connect your phone, don’t select the Phone and Music functions.
