They do have Porsche chargers at the dealership, it have not been told I can use them, I thought they were just for their cars.

Yes, you can use Porsche chargers at the dealership either with the Porsche charge card or Plug & Charge, if yours is active.
My Plug & Charge is greyed out on the PCM for some reason, and I have raised it with the dealership.

It’s in the fine print, but yes, they should be more proactive and tell us. See the last line on this, on the ‘Price list Porsche Charging Service Plus’. This was emailed after the handover.

1) Preferred partners: Porsche Dealerships (DC only),
Porsche Charging Lounges, Porsche Factory, IONITY

The Porsche card should also work at Gridserve, Fastned, Osprey, Shell, BP, ChargePoint, Mer, MFG, EON. You can also initiate charging via the app on some of the charge points - it should tell you on the app.

Yes, quite right, but the point here was they are far more expensive than Porsche's Preferred partners, ie Ionity or Porsche's own, at £0.39 per kWh

Thanks for this.
No problem. Given that you are having trouble with the pod point and it might be a while till Porsche and pod point sort out the communication issue -might be worth asking your dealer if they can sort you out with a granny charger- 3 pin plug which can be plugged into any electrical socket to trickle charge. Better than nothing when the car is sat idle.

Yes I have a three pin plug cable. i will think about using that BUT I should not have to. If Porsche had to,d me in the first place that my charger was not compatible I could have had a new charger installed months ago. I’ve had the car on order since March!

Have you tried putting pod point to always on and setting a schedule in the car?
