I'm also having problems with data disappearing. I just called Vodafone to ask them if they can see what caused my data to be used so quickly. They said they cannot see that. I also asked if I could use my 40gb data allowance from my Vodafone mobile phone plan in the car. Answer: not possible. It turns out that this free data allowance by Porsche is a mockery. Why doesn't Porsche allow us to put in our own sim in the car?

don't some phones not even come with sims anymore?

You might be able to check from the main screen- type in data or something in search, it should show how much data you have.

If you have the same problem in the Netherlands that your data are gone not knowing how and when, then it is not our fault but the car or Porsche is the problem.

Kissrock wrote that after turning off the car and watching it again, YouTube picks up where you left off. Then the consumption of the data is not due to YouTube or Spotify.

My car is going to the dealer to solve the problems. The list keeps getting longer. This isn't our fault, so just fix it.

I also have a problem with real time traffic information. I keep getting a globe with a slash in the nav screen. Also in the app, my car is in the wrong place and tells me my windows are open and the car is not locked. And the update was 1 day ago. It has been to the Amsterdam dealer twice and is going again on Monday. I'm not happy with this car..

I don't have that problem. My navi works without problems. There have been reports that the driver assistance systems have failed, a half-open left front passenger window, a knock in the front suspension, sometimes charging at half power at the AC port, and so on.
It's like all the trouble I had with my Taycan. Then it felt like a guinea pig and it's starting to look like that again now...

Has your car been updated? Is there finaly an update of just for partial problems?

I think it had an update and a 'com mod' reset. When I picked up the car I couldn't use the ACC because allegedly my seat belt was not fastened. Also the current problems reoccurred. I did have lot's of warnings, like driver assistance restricted and lot's of orange warning lights. One of these occurred when the radar shield was dirty because of salt on the highway, whereas my window was clean.

I had that seat belt warming too. You pick up your new car, you want to drive it with Innodrive's cruise control and then it doesn't work... disappointing. Certainly as first encounter, after waiting so long

Just another bug again, that said you’ve got nothing left but then restores it?
