Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the tailgate on my Macan 4.
I’ve set a custom opening height by manually adjusting the tailgate and pressing the close button until I hear the confirmation beep – so the memory function seems to activate correctly.
However, most of the time, when I open the tailgate, it only goes up halfway, well below the saved height.
Occasionally, it does open to the correct memorized position, but that’s rare.
It’s quite frustrating, as I have to manually push it up almost every time.
Has anyone else experienced this inconsistent behavior? Could it be a software bug, a sensor issue, or maybe something temperature-related?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
