The 14-way and 18-way seats really don't suit tall drivers

I was in love with the Macan 4S (and considering a turbo). I was 100% ready to order.

However.
I eventually didn't get the car because the seats (both 14 and 18 way) don't work for me...
I'm very tall and have broad shoulders, both seats push in too narrow in my upper back causing muscle tension and pain.

I seem to have the same issue with the 911's and Taycans. And I sat in the 14-way of my cousin's Panamera and it seems to be the same...

My only hope is the Cayenne at this point? I assume a bigger SUV has broader seats?

Alternatively I'll testdrive the SQ6 this weekend. Build quality is nowhere near the Macan ofc.. Filthy black piano plastic..

If I can get some condolences, that'd be great
