Original entry into production date was 27th but went in yesterday and dates are similar to yours.

Mine is Colchester. I asked the sales guy about getting a copy of the very detailed tracking sheet. He said that I am afraid we are under strict instruction not to share this with customers. If his centre / centre principle were aware he was sharing this he would be in a rather sticky situation.

That seems to be from Google Earth, in which case the most recent image is from April 1, 2023. That was pretty much the peak of the COVID supply chain bottleneck.

I didn't mean to imply this was a recent image, just that Emden is a big port. That particular image is a screen shot from Apple Maps, who gets most of their satellite imagery from digitalglobe. Bing and Google also buy images from them and others. Last I checked each app shows a different image of Emden. Google maps, for instance, shows maybe twice as many cars parked as the one I posted and several more car carriers docked. Bing shows a relatively empty port. Dunno which app shows the most recent for Emden.

I would not be surprised if Google Earth and Apple Maps used the same third-party image. Looking at the vehicles on the dock next to the car carrier shows the exact same pattern.

Google Earth attributes the image to Airbus and indicates the date it was taken.

Just got a pleasant surprise, received a TYD notice that my 4S has left Emden. Now to figure out what ship its on without resorting to calling the SA. Davisville is not scheduled on the VW car carrier export schedule until later in February. The Mavelous Ace is supposed to be going directly to Baltimore, perhaps a side trip? Perhaps is on the Fenture Way which is not a VW boat.
